Following a change to a healthier and cleaner eating lifestyle in 2016 Real food lover & in-house chef, Bola, lost weight from a UK size 16/18 to a UK size 8 unbelievably health issues she had been suffering disappeared and she suddenly experienced a surge of energy and uncovered what she likes to describe as a more fabulous version of herself.
